Protection of FanRaise and Others
FanRaise reserves the right to release the personal information of clients and ticket holders to comply with the law or enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves, our users or others.

Collection, Use and Sharing of Personal Information
FanRaise will only use or disclose clients’ or visitors’ personal information where necessary to fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection, or for a purpose stated in this Privacy Policy. FanRaise will not sell any personal information from clients or ticket holders to other parties. FanRaise may use the information you provide in an aggregate form for internal business and planning purposes, such as generating demographic data and statistics or developing marketing plans. FanRaise may use IP addresses to verify the location of ticket purchasers, analyze trends, administer our websites, and gather demographic information for aggregate use.

FanRaise Clients
When registering to run a FanRaise Sports Pool, you are required to provide personal information so that we can contact you, assist with the setup of your pool, and notify you of any issues that may impact your fundraiser. FanRaise is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

Ticket Holders
When purchasing a ticket for a FanRaise sports pool, you are required to provide personal information so we can process your order, accept payment, send you your ticket and notify you of any updates regarding the sports pool or your ticket. The contact information you submit at the time of purchase will be shared with the pool organizer. All payment information is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Neither FanRaise nor the pool organizer can view, store or in any other way obtain this information.

Payments
In order to process your payment we use Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Your payment will be processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy.

Security
At FanRaise, we take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and sent to us via secure transmission. You can ensure you are using a secure connection by verifying there is a lock symbol in the address bar or checking for “https” at the beginning of our web address.

Third Parties
We partner with other third-party companies to provide specific services such as payment processing and web-hosting companies. Such third parties may be provided with access to personally identifiable information needed to perform their functions.
